- Trip details: arrival date, length of stay, accommodation and any contact in Saudi Arabia you provide.
- Payment information, which is processed by Stripe. We receive confirmation of payment, not your full card details.
- Messages you send to our support team.
2.How we use it
- To prepare, review and submit your eVisa application.
- To contact you about your application and send your eVisa.
- To process payments and prevent fraud.
- To meet our legal and accounting obligations.
3.Who we share it with
We share your information only as needed to provide the service:
- The Saudi authorities, to submit your eVisa application.
- Stripe, to process your payment.
- OpenAI, whose service reads the details printed on your passport image so that we can prepare your application.
- Service providers that host our website and send our emails, under confidentiality obligations.
We do not sell your personal information.
4.How long we keep it
We keep application documents only as long as needed to complete your application and handle any follow-up, then delete them, unless the law requires us to keep certain records for longer.
5.How we protect it
Uploads and payments are sent over encrypted connections, and access to your documents is limited to the team members handling your application.
6.Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop contacting you. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to complain to a data protection authority.
7.Local storage
We store your language preference in your browser so the site opens in the language you chose.

We may update this policy. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed.
