saudivisavisit.com is an independent visa assistance service operated by Voyage Classy Inc. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting on behalf of the Government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the Ministry of Tourism or any other government authority.
2.Our service
We help you prepare your application, review your passport copy, photo and details against the published eVisa requirements, submit the application on your behalf and keep you updated by email.
3.Your responsibilities
- Provide information that is complete, accurate and your own, or that of a traveller you are authorised to apply for.
- Make sure your passport is valid for at least 6 months from your date of arrival.
- Check that you meet the entry requirements for Saudi Arabia before you travel.
- Respond promptly if we ask you to correct or replace a document.
4.Prices and payment
Prices are per traveller and are shown before you pay: Regular (up to 72 hours) or Same-day. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we do not store your full card details.
5.Processing times
Processing times start once we have received a complete application. Regular orders are handled within 72 hours and same-day orders on the same day. The final decision and its timing depend on the Saudi authorities and are outside our control.
6.Visa decisions
Whether a visa is granted is decided solely by the Saudi authorities, including the Ministry of Tourism. We cannot guarantee that an application will be approved, or influence the outcome.
7.Refunds
If your application is rejected by the Ministry of Tourism, no refund will be issued.
Our fees cover the preparation, review and submission of your application, which are completed whether or not a visa is granted.
Fees are also non-refundable once an application has been submitted, including when a rejection results from incorrect or incomplete information provided by you.
If you want to cancel before your application is submitted, contact our support team.
8.Limitation of liability
We are not responsible for losses caused by decisions of government authorities, delays outside our control, or inaccurate information you provided. Where the law allows, our total liability is limited to the service fee you paid.
9.Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
